144,000 —
For Chosen Souls.

A chosen body of souls is gathering to fund missions that heal the planet into existence — wellness, humanitarian, and planet-healing ventures, built in the open. Your $14.40 a month becomes missions — less only the disclosed fees named plainly on this page, shown before you ever pay. You vote on what is built next, and you watch it come to life.

Manifesto

Built with intent. Built to heal.

Business, built with intent, heals.

New Earth Founders is forming now: a small circle to build wellness businesses, healing ventures, and humanitarian missions — together, not alone. Three to four seats remain in that builder Circle. Each member brings what the others lack: a skill, an audience, capital, a craft. It goes on the table. We build side by side. We share equity only in what we create — in writing, before the work begins.

We travel only for the work: a center opening, a community in need, ground where a venture can take root. Service is the strategy. The world is the workplace.

We do not chase. We test in 14 days, read the numbers plainly, and kill what fails. What passes, we build to endure — profit because people are well.

A founding circle. Not networking. Not a mastermind.

The ladder

144 → 1,440 → 14,400 → 144,000

The body gathers in stages, and every seat is filled with intention — no stage opens until the one before it has proven itself in the open. 144,000 is the full vision: a capped, chosen body. When it's full, it's full.

144

Founding Member places

Hand-seated first. The first 144 members, chosen one by one — the first places from which the whole body grows. (The builder Circle is separate: 4–7 founders who build the ventures.)

1,440

The founding body

All 1,440 Founding Members, filled by invitation and application as the first missions complete and report back.

14,400

Expansion

The wave that follows proof — missions completed in the open, completion reports published, the path trusted because it has been walked.

144,000

The full chosen body

The cap. A complete body of souls funding missions into existence. When it's full, it's full — scarcity is built into the design.

Members are backers and contributors, not owners: membership holds no equity in New Earth Founders and no equity in any venture. See how Model A works below.

The power of the body

One soul gives $14.40 a month. Move the slider and see what a chosen body gives together. Planning illustrations only — what the flow would be at each rung, before processing and any disclosed, approved fee. No promises, just arithmetic.

How it works

Join. Contribute. Vote. Watch it get built.

Membership is a practice, not a purchase. You are a backer — a soul contributing to missions — never an investor. No equity, no returns, nothing promised but the work, done in the open.

1

Answer the call

One tap onto the waitlist with just your name and contact. Founding seats are filled by application and invitation.

2

Contribute $14.40/month

A monthly practice of alignment — $14.40 a month, the same for every soul. Small on purpose: your money, time, and energy, pointed at what heals. A chosen body carries the missions, not a few big checks.

3

Vote on the next mission

Members vote on which validated mission launches next and rank mission priorities. The vote advises; the Circle decides and builds.

4

Watch it get built

Every mission is built in the open: milestones checked off, photo and video updates posted as the work happens.

5

Read the completion report

Every mission closes with a published completion report — what was promised, what was delivered, what it cost.

6

Your impact ledger grows

Your personal impact ledger records every mission you helped bring into existence — the trail of what your alignment built, kept plainly.

Backing a mission is support — a contribution — not an investment. It buys no equity and promises no return. If a specific venture ever runs its own compliant investment raise (for example, a Regulation Crowdfunding offering through a licensed funding portal), members may choose to invest in that venture, through that offering, on its documents — never here.
The pilot mission — witness it being created

First, one small mission — the first seed.

The first mission is small on purpose: a target of about $5,000 — the first seed planted by the founding cohorts, tended step by step in public. One mission, finished, is worth more than a hundred announced. It is the proof the whole ladder climbs on: the seed first, then the forest. You won't just fund it — you'll witness it being created, milestone by milestone.

Warm, plant-filled interior of an integrative wellness center — the kind of place the first missions help bring to life

The first seed — pilot mission

Funded by the founding cohorts. Built in the open. Closed with a published completion report: what was promised, what was delivered, what it cost.

Goal: $5,000Seeding now

Funding opens with the first cohort. The bar fills in public as real contributions arrive — no number is shown here until it is real.

The growing path

How the first seed grows — each step checked off in public as it happens.

  1. Seed chosen. Members vote on the first mission from the validated candidates below.
  2. Ground prepared. Target, timeline, and kill criteria published before funding opens.
  3. Seed funded. The founding cohorts fund the ~$5,000 target through approved rails, directly to the mission.
  4. Work witnessed. Milestones, photos, and updates posted as the mission is built.
  5. Fruit reported. A completion report closes the mission — then the next seed is chosen.

The first vote — a teaser

When the founding cohort is seated, members vote on which validated mission becomes the first seed. These are the three candidate shapes under preparation — the vote advises, the Circle decides and builds.

Candidate A · Wellness

A healing room, opened

Equip and open one community healing space inside an existing wellness center — the first room the body brings to life together.

Candidate B · Humanitarian

A community in need, served

A small, named humanitarian need — sourced, costed, and delivered in the open with a named local partner.

Candidate C · Planet

Ground restored

A first piece of planet-healing ground work — planting, cleanup, or restoration — documented from first day to completion report.

Candidates are illustrative shapes for the first vote, not promises. The seated members vote on the validated briefs, with targets and risks stated plainly.

How ventures work

Model A — the circle owns nothing. Every venture stands on its own.

New Earth Founders is the operating center, not a venture holding company — its final legal form is set with counsel. It holds no equity in any venture, and it keeps no bank account for member money. Every venture is a separate entity with separate books. Validation comes first; the Model A worksheet is signed before any funding or building — no money ever moves on an unsigned split.

1

Pitch

Any Circle founder may pitch. One standard template. No theatre.

2

Vote to validate

Majority vote authorizes a 14-day validation sprint. Nothing more.

3

Validate in 14 days

Real customers. Real signals. Then one decision: Found, Park, or Kill.

4

Present to the members

The Circle publishes the launch brief: raise target, use of funds, timeline, risks stated plainly. Members vote on what opens first.

5

Sign & form — before any money moves

Form the entity. Sign the Model A worksheet. Open separate books. Name the roles.

6

Members fund the launch

Members back the launch as contributors — or invest only when that venture runs its own compliant raise. Funds flow from the platform directly to the venture entity. Then the venture builds, and the Circle travels quarterly — only for a launch, a site, or a mission.

No signed worksheet = no venture. No exceptions.

Equity vests: 4 years, 12-month cliff as the draft starting point. Every venture names three holders — Lead Operator, Finance, Compliance. Funds require dual access. Always.

Standard equity ranges

A starting point only. The signed worksheet for each venture governs.

Originator10–20%
Operators (build & run)30–50%
Circle Pool10–20% or 0%
Reserve — future hires~10%

Capital: pro-rata at an agreed pre-money valuation. Total: 100%. Always. The Circle Pool, when a worksheet uses it, is held by the named individual builders on that signed worksheet — the center itself holds no equity in any venture, ever.

Values — the filter for every decision

  • Healing first — real benefit. No hype. No false claims.
  • Written before built — roles, money, equity. On paper first.
  • Validate, don't fantasize — 14 days. Real customers. Real numbers.
  • Shared upside, shared work — equity follows contribution.
  • Travel with purpose — every trip tied to a launch, a site, or a mission.
  • Tell the truth early — money, capacity, what is failing.
Venture #1 — Candidate

Center Launch Co.

Candidate only. It will be pitched at the first full meeting once 3–4 members are seated. The circle votes. Nothing is pre-decided. If validated, its first community raise becomes an early proof that the engine works.

Warm, plant-filled interior of an integrative wellness center

Open & fill wellness centers, funded by their communities

Help owners open or expand integrative centers — functional medicine, IV and hormone therapy, acupuncture, med spa — funded by community crowdfunding, then filled with booked appointments from day one.

The phased offer

Priced deliberately below the $35k–$50k level that prices out the owners this serves. Final prices are set only in validation — never in advance.

  • Phase 1 — Validation: Small upfront fee. Build a waitlist. Test pre-commitment — ~30% target before any full launch.
  • Phase 2 — Launch: Balance paid from raise proceeds — only when the campaign funds.
  • Phase 3 — Ongoing: Booking and follow-up as a monthly retainer after opening.

Kill criteria — stated up front

Kill it if no owner signs a paid validation after 10 qualified conversations. No launch without named owners for securities, health-claims, and HIPAA compliance.

Bootstrap

Built in the open, stage by stage.

No outside investors. No debt. The build starts at $0, on what we already have — this site, the domain, the application, and an audience already listening. Founding seats are filled in cohorts, the way a circle gathers — a few souls at a time, each ring carrying the next. Spending follows member traction, not promises.

25

First cohort

The first 25 founding seats are filled. The first gate: 25 waitlist signups and 10 Founding applications unlock the member app shell.

50

Second cohort

The circle widens to 50. The pilot mission — the first seed — is funded and built in the open.

100

Third cohort

At 100 paying members, the build budget unlocks further — paid for by traction, not promises.

144

The Founding 144

The founding body is complete — the first rung of the ladder filled, and the launch point for 1,440.

$0 to start

Nothing is bought before it is validated. A $250 cap covers pre-validation spending — no more until the first gate clears.

Seats, not sales tiers

Nobody has to fill 144 seats at once. Each cohort is seated deliberately, and each completed stage funds the next stage's tools.

Web first

A mobile-first web app carries everything — missions, voting, updates, your impact ledger. Native apps come later, only if members need them.

Built in the open

The build log — nothing hidden, ever.

Every major step is dated and published here, the same way every mission will be. This is the record so far.

The circle is founded

New Earth Founders begins as a Spark Intuitive Growth Network venture. Model A adopted: the circle owns nothing; every venture stands on its own, with its split signed in writing before money moves.

The 144,000 plan adopted

The vision scales to a capped, chosen body of 144,000 — reached by the ladder: 144 → 1,440 → 14,400 → 144,000, seated in bootstrap cohorts of 25 → 50 → 100 → 144. First mission: one small ~$5,000 pilot, completed in the open.

The member app prototype built

A working prototype of the member experience — missions, voting, impact ledger — built and tested in demo mode. No live money moves anywhere until the attorney-approved structure is in place.

Oct 16, 2026

The center-only income rule

All ecosystem income runs through the center — and the center earns only by fees disclosed in writing before anyone signs: the platform fee (once approved), the 5% launch fee, and the services fee. Member contributions are never center income beyond those disclosed fees.

Where a $14.40 goes

Plainly, in order — every time, for every soul:

$14.40

Your monthly contribution, paid through licensed, approved payment rails.

Direct

It flows directly to the active mission or venture entity. The center never holds member money.

Disclosed

Less processing — and, only once approved in the legal structure, the platform fee disclosed in writing before you pay.

No pooled fund. No hidden cut. If a fee ever applies to your contribution, you see it in writing first — that is the rule the center lives by.

The center

One center. Paid in the open, by disclosed fees only.

New Earth Founders is the center that builds and runs all of this — the member platform, the launch engine, the crowdfunding playbook, the reporting. It is the ecosystem's only income entity, and it earns only through fees disclosed in writing before anyone signs.

Platform fee

For running the platform

A disclosed percentage of member contributions, for building and running the app members use — charged only once it is approved in the legal structure and disclosed to members before they pay.

Launch fee — 5%

For building each launch

When a venture raises through a launch the center built, the center earns 5% of that raise, plus a flat origination fee — written into that venture's paperwork in advance.

Services fee

For serving active ventures

$1,000 per month per active venture, starting only when a venture is funded and operating — bookkeeping, compliance, reporting, the platform, the audience.

What the center never does

The center takes no equity in any venture and no share of venture revenue — ventures keep their own ownership and their own money. Member money funds missions: contributions flow through licensed, approved payment rails directly to the mission or venture, and the center never holds member money directly. Mission contributions are not center income, beyond the disclosed fees above.

The calling

Is this calling you?

The 144,000 are not recruited. They recognize each other. If you've been seeing the signs — the repeating numbers, the doors opening at the exact moment you listened to your intuition — this may be one of them. Read the signs plainly, and trust what resonates.

This is not for everyone, and it isn't meant to be. It is for the souls who already know they came here to help build the New Earth — and have been waiting to find their people.

Signs you're one of the 144,000

  • You feel the pull toward meaning — a quiet knowing that your life is meant for more than the routine you're living, and you're done ignoring it.
  • You notice the synchronicities — the timing, the signs, the way things line up when you follow your intuition instead of your fear.
  • You're tired of empty consumption — you want your money, your time, and your energy aligned with your soul's purpose, not scattered.
  • You're protecting your energy and raising your frequency — and you want to be surrounded by souls who are doing the same.
  • You want your people — a community of aligned souls, not an audience; brothers and sisters on the path, not contacts in a network.
  • You want to fund what heals the planet — when you picture the New Earth, you don't just hope for it. You want your hands, and your resources, in its building.
Raise your hand

One tap first. Then choose your door.

If this is calling you, answer it simply. Everyone starts the same way — the waitlist, name and contact, nothing else. Below it are the two doors, and they are not the same thing: a Founding Member place is one of the 144 who fund, vote, and witness. A Circle builder is one of the 4–7 founders who pitch, validate, and build the ventures themselves. Most souls are called to the first door. Read both plainly before you knock.

Door one — the waitlist

Join the waitlist

One tap. No application, no payment, no commitment. When your cohort opens, we write to you.

Your seat is being prepared.

Your email app is opening with your details addressed to the founder — press send, and you are on the list. When your cohort opens, we write to you first. Until then: if one soul came to mind while you read this page, send them this page. The body gathers one soul at a time.

Submitting opens your email app with your details addressed to the founder — send it, and you're on the list.

Start here — everyone

Not sure which door is yours?

Join the waitlist above and sit with it. Founding Members are seated from the waitlist by invitation and application as each cohort opens — you don't need to decide today. The two doors below are explained plainly so the difference is never confused: members fund and witness; builders build.

Compare the two doors ↓

Door one — Founding Member place

One of the 144

This is membership. You contribute $14.40 a month as a practice of alignment, vote on the next mission, watch it get built, and keep your impact ledger. You hold no equity and no builder role — you are a backer and a witness, and the body cannot exist without you. The first 144 places are hand-seated from the waitlist.

To be considered: join the waitlist above, then answer these five questions by email when your cohort opens — or send them now to be first in line.

  1. 1Name, email, location
  2. 2What will you bring? Name it precisely — skill, audience, capital, network, or craft.
  3. 3Which mission is yours — planet, wellness, or humanitarian? Say why.
  4. 4One thing you have built and shipped — link it. Or, if you come as a backer first: what would you bring to a launch — your backing, your audience, your referrals?
  5. 5Which mission would you back first — and who would you bring with you? Circle applicants: can you commit to a weekly call and quarterly travel? Answer plainly: yes or no.
✉️ Email your application
Door two — Circle builder

One of the 4–7 who build

This is not membership — it is a builder's seat. The Circle is the small group of founders who pitch ventures, run the 14-day validations, and build what the members fund. Three to four seats remain. Builders bring one real contribution — skill, audience, capital, network, or craft — plus time they will actually give: a weekly call and quarterly travel, only for the work. Equity exists only here, and only inside each venture's own signed Model A worksheet — never in the center, never for members.

To apply: use the same five questions on the left, and answer question 5 plainly — weekly call and quarterly travel, yes or no. Begin with conversation, not a cold application: send your answers to the founder, and the fuller application follows after a substantive first call.

An expression of interest only. Not an offer of investment or equity. No return is promised.

Direct answers

What is 144,000?

The full vision: a chosen body of 144,000 members, each contributing $14.40 a month to fund missions that heal — wellness, humanitarian, and planet-healing ventures — built in the open by New Earth Founders. It is reached by a ladder: 144 founding members, hand-seated first, then 1,440 Founding Members, then 14,400, then the full 144,000. The cap is real: when it's full, it's full.

What does "chosen" mean?

Members are selected, not sold to. Entry is by invitation and application — people who are spiritually aligned with the mission and here to build, not to speculate. Founding seats in the first 144 are hand-seated one by one; later waves open by invitation, referral, and application as each stage completes.

What does my $14.40 do?

It joins the contributions of the whole body to fund the active mission — net of payment processing and, once approved in the legal structure, the disclosed platform fee named on this page; the exact allocation is shown before you pay. You vote on which validated mission launches next, follow its milestones and photo/video updates as it is built, and receive its completion report. Your personal impact ledger records every mission your contributions helped fund. Contributions flow through licensed, approved payment rails directly to the mission or venture — never through the center's own accounts.

Is this an investment?

No. Membership is backing — contribution and participation. It buys no equity, in New Earth Founders or in any venture, and promises no return, ever. A member becomes an investor in a venture only by choosing to invest in that venture's own compliant offering — for example, a Regulation Crowdfunding raise through a licensed funding portal — on that offering's platform and documents.

Does New Earth Founders hold member money?

No. There is no pooled member fund and no center account for member money. Contributions move on licensed, approved rails directly to the mission or venture entity. The center is paid only through the fees disclosed on this page, in writing, in advance.

What happens if a mission fails?

It is reported, plainly. Every mission publishes its target, timeline, and kill criteria before funding opens. Ventures are validated in 14 days and killed when they fail validation — that is stated up front, not hidden. If a funded mission fails or is stopped, the completion report still publishes: what was promised, what was spent, what was delivered, and what happens next. Telling the truth early is one of the founding values.

When do the native apps come?

Later — only if members need them. A mobile-first web app carries everything: missions, voting, updates, and your impact ledger, with nothing to install. Native iOS/Android apps are optional, considered once the body passes roughly 500 active members or members clearly ask for them.

Who runs this?

The founder, through the center — New Earth Founders, a Spark Intuitive Growth Network venture — together with the small Circle of founders who pitch, validate, and build each venture. The Circle decides and builds; the members fund, vote, and watch. Day-to-day operations run through the center.

Do I need money to join?

To raise your hand, no. The waitlist is free and takes one tap. Membership itself is the $14.40 monthly contribution once your cohort opens. Circle founders need no capital — they need one real contribution: skill, audience, craft, or capital, plus time they will actually give.

When does it start?

It has started. The circle is forming, the waitlist is open, and Founding seats are being seated now. The first cohort of 25 founding members opens the founding launch; the pilot mission follows.
